What is TAPE?

TAPE is an innovative test management and automation tool for load and performance testing and stands for Test Automation for Performance Engineering.

TAPE provides a centralized framework for all test activities, from test environment planning to test case specifications, from implementation of test runs to the analysis of test results.

TAPE coordinates and automates a variety of tools that are required for designing and executing load and performance tests, and facilitates distributed tool management.

Topics such as automation and test management represent “missing links” in load and performance testing even today.
